      As the owner of a single rental property, I called on InHouse to help me find new tenants. My agent was a God-send. He put the house on the MLS and handled all the showing, set up a drop box, vetted the applicants and ran background checks, and even provided all the lease and pet agreement documents that were better than the free ones I’d been using. He got the house listed in the right places to the right market. His service spared me a lot of time I would have spent on Craigslist and rushing over to show the house.
